When you bring up marriage, an engagement, or anything around the matter does your partner change the subject? If it’s out of the ordinary for them to avoid these topics, they might be trying to keep it out of discussion to prevent giving anything away. This can be a great method of detection, especially if they become nervous when the topic is brought up.
